About Me

Miah Abdul, MD was born in Morgantown, West Virginia and spent much of his childhood in London, United Kingdom before returning to the United States at age 12. He earned his medical degree from West Virginia University where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. He went on to serve as a cancer hospitalist at the James Cancer Center at the Ohio State University before completing his fellowship in hematology at the University of Toledo and Augusta University in Georgia.

Dr. Abdul is proud to call North Carolina home and has embraced all the state has to offer. He and his wife, an anesthesiologist, are the proud parents of a son and a daughter.
