About Me

I was born and raised in Hilton Head, South Carolina and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2016. I attended Francis Marion University where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and was an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. I then obtained my Master of Science degree in Nurse-Midwifery from Texas Tech University of Health Sciences Center. I have been a nurse for ten years, six of which I spent as a travel nurse. I have a diverse nursing background, including pediatrics, medical-surgical, progressive care, mother/baby and labor and delivery. However, labor and delivery has always been my passion. My goal is to empower women and help them achieve the birth they desire.
