About Me

Chelsey Morrow, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the social work and mental health field. She provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adolescents, adults and older adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns.

Chelsey has extensive experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions and parental challenges. She has a special interest in working with adolescents, individuals healing from relationship trauma, and middle-aged and older adults navigating life changes, caregiving, chronic illness and aging-related concerns.

Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative and individualized to each client's unique needs. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and strengths-based interventions to help clients build practical coping skills, increase resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
