About Me

Within her practice, Crystal Maddox, MD, MPH, FAAFP, cares for diverse individuals of all ages. From a large Spanish-speaking population, to children and adults with developmental disabilities, to patients from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, her patient population is very diverse. When she's not working in Family Medicine, Dr. Maddox sees patients within a local skilled nursing facility.
