About Me

Heidi D. Chappell, MSN, AGNP-C, CNL, HF-Cert, AACC, began her career in physical medicine rehabilitation, then moved into adult cardiology as a registered nurse. She spent several years working in palliative care and dementia before returning to school to further her career and pursue her passion for cardiology as a nurse practitioner. She is grateful for the opportunity to help educate and make meaningful connections with her patients and their families.
