Jennifer Parker, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Winthrop University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. She has spent her career working with adult and geriatric populations, with over four years focusing on hospice and palliative care. Ms. Parker specializes in providing counseling and support to patients and families, coordinating care, advocating for patient and family needs and connecting patients to resources.
