About Me

Jessica Baldwin, AGACNP-BC, is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner whose healthcare career began at the bedside in the Surgical Trauma ICU. Working in this high-acuity environment exposed her to a diverse patient population and a wide range of complex medical and surgical conditions, building a strong foundation in critical thinking and patient-centered care. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, she has continued to care for acutely ill patients, further refining her clinical judgment and ability to manage complex healthcare needs. These experiences shaped her approach to care and inspired her to pursue and complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, reinforcing her commitment to providing evidence-based, compassionate care.
