Lavy Clevenger, MSN, AGACNP-BC, is a cardiology nurse practitioner with 5 years of advanced practice experience and over 17 years of nursing experience. Since becoming a nurse practitioner in 2021, she has provided evidence-based cardiovascular care focused on improving patient outcomes and quality of life. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while building strong relationships with patients through education, prevention and collaborative treatment planning.
