About Me

Maysen A. Bratbo, MS, CGC, is a board-certified oncology genetic counselor. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she moved with her family to North Carolina and earned her undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University. She then moved to New York, where she earned her master's degree in human genetics and completed her genetic counseling training at Sarah Lawrence College.

As head of Genetics at CaroMont Health, Maysen ensures the genetics standards of the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) and the Commission on Cancer (CoC) are met as she continues to grow the health system's genetics services.
