About Me
Michael Sternberg, DO, MS, FACC, is an interventional cardiologist who cares for patients with a broad spectrum of cardiac and vascular conditions, using both invasive procedures and medical therapies. He completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University and fellowship training in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. During his training, he served as Chief Internal Medicine Resident and Chief Cardiology Fellow.
Dr. Sternberg's philosophy of care is simple: treat every patient as he would a close friend or family member. He believes your care should be grounded in respect, clear communication and shared decision-making. Dr. Sternberg is committed to helping you thoroughly understand your diagnosis and the full range of treatment options before developing a personalized treatment plan.
