About Me

Dr. Pavan Isanaka is an interventional cardiologist at CaroMont Heart & Vascular. He is quadruple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC).

He specializes in coronary artery disease, pulmonary embolism and cardiogenic shock, driven by a passion for saving lives and helping patients reclaim their quality of life. His patients describe him as reassuring and thorough, someone who takes time to ensure they feel informed and never alone in their care.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Dr. Isanaka completed his fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist and is proud to call the Charlotte-Gastonia area home with his wife and two children. Outside the hospital, he can be found at the gym, exploring local restaurants or mixing electronic music.
