About Me

William Garrity, PMHNP-C, is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner providing psychiatric care. He began his career in cardiac critical care at Duke University Hospital before transitioning into psychiatric-mental health practice, an experience that shaped his attention to the connection between cardiovascular and mental health. He is committed to patient-centered care, taking time to ensure patients understand their diagnoses and treatment options. He earned his MSN from MCPHS University and is currently completing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Duke University.
