About Me

I was born and raised in California, studied nursing at Arizona State University and obtained my doctorate in nursing from East Carolina University. I have been a nurse in a number of settings over the last 9 years, and love taking care of families throughout their lifespan. I have been with CaroMont Health as an RN since 2015 and am excited to continue my career with CaroMont as a board-certified nurse practitioner. One of my favorite sayings is from the Bible, and it reads, "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."
