About Me

I have a Master of Science in marriage, couples and family counseling from Walden University and an undergraduate degree in social work from East Carolina University. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in individual, family and couples therapy. I provide several modalities of therapy including Cognitive Behavior Therapy/Dialectical Behavior Therapy (skills only), brief solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR. I have experience working with the LGBTQI population using affirmative and feminist therapy. I'm currently in school earning my Doctor of Philosophy in clinical sexology with Modern Sex Therapy Institute.
