Dr. Goyal, in our first meeting, was concerned and inquisitive about my issues. He took time to explain his thoughts and recommendations. Also, with Dr. Goyal was a training professional (I cannot give you her name, apologies) who was also very good. She performed the actual physical examination and when I asked she presented an excellent explanation of what she was searching for in the exam.
