About Me

Terica Revels, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner with 15 years of combined nursing experience. A Gaston County native, Revels completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a major in advanced clinical nursing at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her nursing experience includes gerontology care, biologic medications for treating autoimmune diseases and acute cardiac care. As a provider, Revels approaches patient care with the philosophy that healthcare is a shared decision. Her goal is to provide patients with the tools and education necessary to make informed choices about their health.
