Dr. Walter Harry Caulfield III is a board-certified plastic surgeon with undergraduate training at Brown University and a medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Texas before going on to a plastic surgery fellowship at the Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Caulfield is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Surgeons and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has practiced medicine in Gaston County for more than 25 years and offers a full spectrum of plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Caulfield is wonderful! He listened to my concerns, talked about the ins and outs of the procedure I was wanting. Was very honest with me. Instead of just telling me the procedure I was wanting wasn't what was needed and leaving it at that, he told me what would be more beneficial for me. I greatly appreciate Dr. Caulfield's bedside manner! You can truly tell he loves his career and his patients.
