What are the Career Pathway Programs with Gaston College and Cleveland Community College?
Created to support the development of future healthcare professionals, the Career Pathway programs are a collaboration between CaroMont Health and both Gaston College and Cleveland Community College. The programs give CaroMont Health employees the opportunity to balance their current role while pursuing education, training and mentorship. This program is tuition-free, meaning eligible and accepted employees will not have to pay out-of-pocket or take out student loans to participate.
Who is eligible for the program?
This opportunity to apply is open to any full-time or part-time CaroMont Health employee interested in advancing or transitioning their career. PRN and Relief employees are not eligible at this time.
