Illness and hospitalization is stressful for patients and their loved ones. CaroMont Health helps people to draw upon their own religious and cultural resources for wisdom, guidance, strength and health.
Spiritual Care Support for Patients and Visitors
Multi-faith counseling provides compassionate support in times of stress, loss, grief and anxiety. CaroMont Health’s spiritual care services can address specific religious prayers or rituals, as well as counseling and conversation in times of stress, mourning, anxiety and loneliness.
Chaplains are available 24/7 on-call and in the hospital from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Chapel at CaroMont Regional Medical Center
Open 24/7 for patients and visitors.
Find space for a quiet moment of reflection or connect with a member of our Spiritual Care Team. Located near the visitor elevators on the second floor, the Chapel at CaroMont Regional Medical Center is always available to patients and visitors.
Clergy and Congregations
For patients, connecting with personal clergy and congregation members during illness and hospitalization can bolster the healing process.
For the safety and privacy of all patients, clergy members are asked to please check-in at the Rotunda of CaroMont Regional Medical Center and a member of the Guest Services team will assist you in locating your patients. All visitation is dependent upon current visitor guidelines and limits may be imposed when clinically necessary or reasonable.
Current visitation information can be found here.
