Birth & Beyond Childbirth Series

This one-day class will help to prepare mom and her support partner for labor and birth. Couples learn all about the labor and birth process: practice positions, massage, relaxation and other methods to cope with labor. Medical pain relief measures, induction and cesarean birth, newborn care and post-partum care are also included. You will be given a tour of the Birthplace during the series.

This class is offered all day Saturday. Please select specific date in the registration form.
