About Me

Dr. Pacleb has been in practice for the last 6 years in Pennsylvania, serving as a hospitalist as well as teaching faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at UPMC Lititz. She relocated to Charlotte, NC in order to be closer to family. She is married with a two-year-old son and a twelve-year-old husky mix pup.
