About Me

Ashtin Dicochea, LCSW, has eight years of experience serving adolescent and adult individuals with identified mental health needs. She is trained in several evidence-based practices to address symptoms related to exposure to potentially traumatic events. She is passionate about working as a team with her patients to improve their overall quality of life based on individual treatment goals. She sees patients ages 12 and up with a primary focus on individual adults. She is also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
