J'Wanna Spann is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in South Carolina, with more than 15 years of experience. She works with clients of all ages, helping them heal from ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, childhood abuse, narcissistic abuse, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Specializing in personality disorders and trauma, she incorporates advanced techniques like Dialectical Behavior Therapy and other trauma-focused therapies to support healing. She takes an integrative, client-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of self-care, balance, and setting boundaries. J'Wanna is dedicated to empowering clients to be authentic and true to themselves throughout their healing journey.
