As the senior lead physician at CaroMont Family Medicine in Gastonia, Dr. Steve Vacalis is board certified in Family Medicine with more than 25 years of clinical experience. He was raised in a multicultural home and is proud to provide care to a diverse group of patients. He speaks fluent Spanish and Greek and brings humor and kindness into everything he does. Dr. Vacalis has doubled as an inpatient and outpatient physician, but now exclusively works as an outpatient primary care provider.
