About Me

Vladmir Milstein, MD graduated from New York University's School of Medicine in 1984 where he then remained as a clinical instructor. As Director of the Intensive Observation Unit of the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP), Dr. Milstein helped develop the Psychiatric Assessment for CPEP which was subsequently adopted across New York, NY. He has ample experience providing psychiatric assessments and interventions on the streets of New York. Today, Dr. Milstein has over 36 years of experience.
