Paid Education and Certification
CaroMont Health offers inpatient Registered Nurses additional pay for earned BSN, MSN or Doctorate degrees. In addition, financially, we will help you obtain your specialty certification. Once you meet the requirements of the certifying agency, we will pay the cost of the exam. With successful completion of the certification exam brings a stipend above your hourly base rate, which will continue as long as you maintain an active certification.
We offer an excellent New Nurse Graduate Internship to ensure your success as a novice Registered Nurse at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. The program bridges the transition from your pre-licensure nursing program to the expectations of a novice nurse, allowing for classroom, clinical, module, and simulation lab preparation.
