Shared Governance 

CaroMont Health Nursing Shared Governance was designed to empower nurses and provide an avenue for front line staff to participate in shared decision-making. Nurses have a forum to contribute to nursing practice, their work environment, and overall patient care. Shared Governance is comprised of four councils:

  • Performance Improvement
  • Professional Development
  • Rewards & Recognition 

 To ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities the Shared Governance collaborates with other service lines and hospital departments.
