Dalia Chamma
Hometown: Charlotte, NC
Pharmacy School: Wingate University
Why CaroMont Health: This felt like the place where I began to grow both professionally and personally. As a fourth-year pharmacy student completing my APPE rotations here, I was immediately impressed by the culture of mentorship and collaboration across disciplines. The preceptors were genuinely invested in teaching, creating a supportive learning environment that challenged me while helping me build confidence and independence. The program's strong focus on patient-centered care, interdisciplinary teamwork and continuous learning aligns with my professional goals and values. I knew this was the ideal environment to continue developing into a confident, compassionate and well-rounded clinical pharmacist.
Clinical Interests: Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease and Cardiology
Fun Fact: I have a huge sweet tooth and believe chocolate makes everything better. Baking, especially eclairs, is my favorite form of therapy. The best part is sharing and spreading the joy of sweets with others. After all, we could all use a little sweet in our lives.

William Mossman
Hometown: Hamlet, NC
Pharmacy School: Wingate University
Why CaroMont Health: I felt very welcomed during every interaction I had with the RPD, former residents and preceptors. From Midyear to interviews, I felt at home from the beginning. CaroMont also provides the opportunity to hone my clinical skills as a pharmacist as well as pursue additional training in my primary area of interest (emergency medicine). It helps that I have family who live in the area that I'm able to stay with and that home isn't too far away.
Clinical Interests: Emergency Medicine, Critical Care and Cardiology
Fun Fact: I have never lost a sock in the laundry; I have actually found a random sock while taking my clothes out of the dryer before.
