Advance Directives

Gaston Hospice offers two drop in clinics every month for people to complete a living will and a health care power of attorney. Hospice social workers will walk you through the steps and make sure that you understand your end of life care options. They will notarize the documents and provide you with the assurance that your loved ones and family can know and understand your wishes. These clinics are held in our office on the first Thursday of every month from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and the third Thursday of every month from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
