CaroMont Health Opens New Urgent Care Location in Stanley

STANLEY, N.C. -- CaroMont Health today announced the opening of CaroMont Urgent Care in Stanley. Sharing space with South Point Family Practice-Stanley at 159 East Dallas Road, the new location is the seventh urgent care office for CaroMont Health.

Open for extended hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with virtual care options on the weekend, the care team of CaroMont Urgent Care will offer diagnosis, care and treatment for minor illness and injury. The practice features multiple exam rooms, on-site x-ray and laboratory testing for quick, convenient results.  

"While it’s important to have easy access to urgent care, our main goal is to give the best care and experience to every patient," said Cathy Thorsell from CaroMont Medical Group. "Our Stanley location has a team of experienced healthcare workers who are ready to give expert care and personal attention to everyone in the community who needs immediate medical help." 

From sprained ankles to earaches, and stitches to x-rays, the full range of urgent care services provided will have patients in and out quicker than the emergency room. CaroMont Urgent Care welcomes walk-in patients but also offers online reservations so patients can reserve their spot prior to arriving.
