Wearing sunscreen is a must, but there are many other ways to protect yourself from the sun’s harmful rays.
Wearing a lightweight, cotton layer to protect your arms, shoulders and legs can offer some sun protection, but clothing with built-in sun protection is even better. Also think about carrying a breezy scarf to cover your chest when the sun is shining bright.

Hats are the best way to keep your face shaded from the sun. Also, your scalp can easily get burned! Keep it protected under a hat.
