Introducing Fast Pass: Enhanced Visitor Management for Your Safety and Security
At CaroMont Health, the safety and security of patients, employees and visitors is our top priority. We're pleased to announce the implementation of our new Fast Pass visitor management system at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Belmont and CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Mount Holly.
What is Fast Pass?
Fast Pass is a modern visitor management system designed to streamline the check-in process while enhancing security throughout our facilities. This system will be available at all public entrances to ensure every visitor is properly registered before entering our hospitals.
What You Need to Know
Check-In Requirement: All patients and visitors will need to check in using the Fast Pass system before entering any of our hospital facilities.
ID Requirements: Anyone 18 years and older will be required to provide a government-issued photo ID during the check-in process. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Driver's license
- State-issued ID card
- Passport
- Military ID
- Other government-issued photo identification
Alternative Verification: If you don't have a government-issued ID with you, our staff will work with you to verify your identity through alternative information validation methods.
What to Expect
When you arrive at any of our three medical centers, you'll find Fast Pass stations at all public entrances. The process is simple:
- Approach a Fast Pass station
- Follow the on-screen prompts
- Present your government-issued ID or provide alternative identification information
- Receive your visitor badge or confirmation
- Proceed to your destination within the hospital
Our staff will be available to assist you with the Fast Pass system and answer any questions you may have.
Preparing for Your Visit
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend:
- Bringing a government-issued photo ID if you're 18 or older
