Strengthening Our Community's Health

Health is shaped by more than medical care. Access to nutritious food, education, stable housing and timely medical care all play a role in a community's overall well-being. In fiscal year 2026, the CaroMont Health Foundation awarded more than $1.1 million to organizations and programs addressing these needs. Grants are awarded through an annual cycle aligned with CaroMont Health's strategic priorities and the Social Determinants of Health, supporting work that addresses the root causes of health disparities in our region.
